These Connected Degree programs enable you to complete your associate degree and then transfer to a four-year degree program as a junior.

The Connected Degree 2+2 Curriculum

Delaware Tech's Business Administration Transfer (BAT) Program provides the foundational coursework necessary for successful transfer to nationally-ranked four-year colleges of business accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). The BAT Program provides the high-level preparation in general education needed for upper-level coursework at these universities as well as the necessary foundation for a business education. Salisbury University's Bachelor of Science degree in Finance prepares graduates to make decisions involving money in a variety of contexts. Students learn how to allocate resources over time under conditions of uncertainty utilizing the financial system as well as economic organizations with the goal of wealth maximization. Students prepare for careers in corporate treasury functions and financial services firms including commercial banks, securities firms, investment banks, money management firms, insurance companies, real estate companies, financial planners as well as graduate programs in business The Corporate Finance Track focuses on the decision making about the financial management of a firm on topics such as forecasting, budgeting, plant expansions, financing acquisitions, evaluating mergers/acquisitions.
