These Connected Degree programs enable you to complete your associate degree and then transfer to a four-year degree program as a junior.
The Connected Degree 2+2 Curriculum
Delaware Tech's associate degree program in Entrepreneurship is a unique curriculum designed by successful entrepreneurs to provide the tools needed to launch a business venture. The program offers students a solid business core with a focus on starting and managing a business. Graduates are prepared to transform their business ideas into commercial products and services. Additionally, graduates have the foundation to continue their education at the bachelor's degree level. Goldey-Beacom's Bachelor of Science degree program in Business Administration, Entrepreneurial Studies Concentration integrates the classroom and the real world through a dynamic mix of leading-edge knowledge, involvement with successful entrepreneurs, and hands-on development. Students will learn key skills such as creativity, market focus, and business planning which are essential to successful ventures. Student learning goals represent the basic knowledge and skills necessary to understand the processes for assessing needs and opportunities in a market, translating an idea into a product or service, and developing a formal business plan, which includes an analysis of funding and of the scalability of the proposed solution.
